The brekkie was zesty, and the view from the room got me feeling lekker. The animation team's energy was a highlight, especially watching my kids jive at the dance mix show!

WiFi was pretty patchy, though – made it tough to keep in touch with the fam.

The food choices were monotonous and generally unsatisfying. The lack of variety in meals was disappointing, with dry chicken options served each day. communication with staff was difficult, as many were not proficient in English and this created misunderstandings during our stay.

The animation team was outstanding, making our days vibrant and entertaining. The food was always delicious, especially the desserts! Loved the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere!

The resort had a scenic beach location with golden sands, making it perfect for relaxation. The ample recreational activities available kept things exciting, especially the daily themes that offered something new to look forward to. I also appreciated the well-maintained pool areas, which were ideal for enjoying some downtime without feeling crowded.

Communication issues with the kitchen staff occasionally led to misunderstandings regarding meal preferences.

The food was monotonous, but the Club Family Room offered a nice layout.

We had a blast with the animation team. They were just incredible,, always trying to keep everyone entertained! My kids loved the shows, especially the dance mix show, and Zac from the animation team was a standout, keeping my children laughing and engaged.

It wasn’t cheap,, but still reasonable for the experience.

The resort location is simply stunning, providing a lovely beach and fantastic views, enhancing the overall experience. Activities around the pools create a relaxing atmosphere, although the dining options could benefit from more variety. A bar at the beach would be a great addition.

The Sea View Room in the main building was spacious and clean, which was nice. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. The overall layout of the hotel was chilled. it didn’t feel cramped. I expected the room to be a bit more luxurious, especially for a 5-star place. The overall comfort was decent, but nothing too fancy.

The hotel featured charming decor, with well-kept gardens and lovely outdoor seating areas that made it easy for seniors like me to navigate and enjoy the beautiful surroundings comfortably.

Improved accessibility to on-site dining options is needed.

The food had its moments, especially enjoying a complimentary a-la-carte dinner that was a delightful culinary escape! The aqua park was filled with laughter, and the various chillax spots around the resort gave us ample peace. Perfect for unwinding after our meals.

The dining experience was quite monotonous, with the same dishes rolling out daily, and we were sadly underwhelmed by the baklava. The overcrowded restaurants and smoky dining areas didn't do it any favors. Noise from the nearby entertainment was a real sleep disruptor too.
